Cycle for MS: Conquer the Tour

A charity cycling challenge that offers participants the incredible opportunity to ride some of the 2027 Tour de France mountains weeks before the professionals.

Over four days, riders cover up to 400km, tackling some of the Tour’s most iconic and demanding mountain climbs while testing their endurance alongside a community united by a common cause, multiple sclerosis (MS).

The Alps are well known for having some of the most iconic and impressive cycling climbs, sights and stages, making them the ideal backdrop for a cycle tour.

Nestled in the south of France, the Alps provide an exceptional riding experience regardless of the weather or season. You'll be following the same bike paths as the Tour de France and cycling legends; it truly doesn't get better than this. Enjoy breathtaking views of snow-capped mountain peaks, glacial valleys, crystal-clear lakes, waterfalls, and deep evergreen forests. The atmosphere alone contributes to an idyllic riding experience.

About MSIF

MSIF is the global movement of MS Organisations, by and for people affected by MS. We network, learn from each other, mobilise and enable global collaborations, to achieve the vital goals that can only be reached by coming together as a movement. We, the Federation, are made up of national MS organisations (including their staff, volunteers and MS communities), the MSIF staff, board and committees.

Our vision is a world without MS

Our mission We bring the world together with urgency to improve the quality of life and wellbeing of everybody affected by MS and to end MS forever

Why does it matter?

Our Atlas of MS shows that over 2.8 million people worldwide are living with MS. Many of these people have little access to support.

For people with MS and their families, access to healthcare, support and information are vital, as is the knowledge that scientists around the world are collaborating to develop better treatments for MS and eventually stop MS. We are working with our member organisations around the world to make this happen.

What do we do?

In a changing and challenging world, the MS International Federation (MSIF) and its members connect to align our efforts and resources to be stronger together.

Working together across the globe, we boost scientific progress to prevent, treat and stop MS. We strive for a world where everyone living with MS can access treatments. MSIF provides opportunities to connect, innovate, share tools, skills, experiences, and become stronger together. We benefit from our partnerships with research communities and health professionals all around the world. We also leverage our relations with the global NGO community, and intergovernmental organisations to further our common goals. Where new MS organisations emerge we will include them, help them grow, and in return others in the movement will benefit from their experience and contributions.

Together we will inspire and grow the global movement to place MS higher on the global health agenda, and to tackle the challenges for everyone affected by MS.
