Getting yourself and your bike to Italy
The Giro delle Dolimiti takes place from 9–13 June 2027 in Veneto and the surrounding mountain regions of north-eastern Italy.

Recommended flights
Outbound — Wednesday 9 June 2027
These are the flights we plan to meet. Flight details and transfer arrangements should be reconfirmed before booking.
Other flights and airports may be possible, but transfers to or from other airports may have an extra cost.
Travelling by train
If you'd prefer a lower-carbon journey, you can explore train travel to Venice. Rome2Rio is one resource for researching possible connections.
Allow enough time to reach the agreed transfer point and confirm your arrangements with the pie before travelling.
Arriving early or staying longer
You may wish to extend your stay and explore Venice, with its historic architecture and UNESCO World Heritage status.
If you arrange your own flights or accommodation:
1. Book your own flights to and from Venice Marco Polo Airport.
2. Arrange your own transport between the airport and Venice.
3. Book your own accommodation for any extra nights.
4. If arriving early, confirm whether you can join the Wednesday transfer meeting the recommended inbound flights.
5. If staying after the tour, make your own way to the airport for your return flight.
Contact the organisers to confirm any additional transfers before making arrangements.
Bike freight — £120 return
You can arrange for pie to transport your bike between Storage King in Weybridge and the tour.
Cost: £120 for return bike freight.
The published arrangements are:
• Drop off your bike at Storage King in Weybridge between 23 May and 6 June 2027.
• Your bike will be transported to the start of the tour.
• After the tour, the organisers will return it to Storage King.
• Collection is available from 14 June until close of business on 20 June 2027.
Under the stated arrangements, bikes must travel both ways with the freight service. One-way transport is not available.
Please indicate your interest in bike freight during registration. We ask for the £120 payment with your final balance rather than at the time of registration.
Bike freight is optional and is not included in the £2,150 tour price.
Insurance and personal arrangements
Flights, travel insurance, bicycle insurance and personal expenses are not included in the package.
Please arrange suitable insurance before travelling and check that it covers your planned cycling activities.
